Chapter 483

Stephanie picked one up and tasted it. She had to admit, it was delicious. โ€œMmm, so tasty,โ€ she said, truly enjoying it.

When Sebastian walked in, he saw Stephanie looking completely satisfied with what she was eating. Her round cheeks added a special kind of cuteness.

Stephanieโ€™s cheeks were full, and she quickly said, โ€œSebastian, this tastes amazing! Where did you get it?โ€ She had stayed in Long Harbor for so long and never knew there was such delicious pastry here.

Sebastian said, โ€œIf you like it, Iโ€™ll let Elliot drive over later and buy more for you to bring to Fiorenza.โ€

Hearing this, Stephanieโ€™s eyes lit up. โ€œAre we going back today?โ€

Sebastian nodded. โ€œYeah, our flight is tonight.โ€

Hearing they were leaving tonight, Stephanie smiled happily. Since Sebastian said so, it seemed like there would be no surprises about going home. She was worried that if they didnโ€™t leave soon, Ella might worry about her.

Lorenzo shouldnโ€™t do something like this, scaring Ella like that. Stephanie remembered something. โ€œLooks like Richard and Sofia have already gone back to Fiorenza.โ€

Stephanie was going to tell Sebastian about this last night, but he came back drunk. And by the time she got up this morning, Sebastian was already gone.

Sebastian raised his eyebrows. โ€œDid they call you?โ€

โ€œYeah,โ€ Stephanie nodded. Not only did they call, but Richard was unbelievably arrogant on the phone.

Stephanie glanced at Sebastian. โ€œIsnโ€™t Sofia in Sandara?โ€ She thought, โ€˜Isnโ€™t Dan there too? Normally, Sofia wouldnโ€™t come back to Fiorenza so soon. But she did.โ€™

Sebastian pulled her into his arms to sit down and gave her a piece of cake.

Stephanie shook her head. โ€œNo thanks, Iโ€™m already full.โ€

โ€œEating so little these days?โ€ Sebastian asked.

Stephanie was stunned by Sebastianโ€™s remark. She thought, โ€˜Yeah, why am I eating so little now? Iโ€™m not used to this. Before, I would have eaten everything, but now, Iโ€™ve had less than a third.โ€™

Stephanie shook her head. โ€œNot sure whatโ€™s been going on lately, but I canโ€™t eat much.โ€ She realized she hadnโ€™t had any midnight snacks for days. Before, if she skipped a midnight snack, sheโ€™d be starving. She thought, โ€˜When did my appetite shrink like this?โ€™

Sebastian asked, โ€œHas Allison checked on you?โ€

Stephanie shook her head. โ€œNo, she had something come up and left before coming in.โ€ Allison had been pretty busy lately. โ€œWhy are you back so early?โ€ Stephanie asked. She had just finished calling him a moment ago, and here he was already. Sebastian said, โ€œOnce things were done, I came back.โ€ He didnโ€™t mention knowing Jackson was here. Stephanie nodded, feeling a bit weak. She leaned directly into Sebastianโ€™s arms. โ€œDid you see Tyler at the door?โ€

โ€œYeah, I saw him.โ€ Unlike how he shooed away Chris, Sebastian chose to ignore Tyler. The more indifferent he was to the Hart family, the more they suffered.

Chapter 483

After all, the Hart family had lost everything they possibly could. With the cold weather, Tyler stood outside, practically freezing his socks off.

Stephanie snuggled against Sebastian. โ€œOnce we return to Fiorenza, I never want to come back to Long Harbor again.โ€

โ€œUpset?โ€ Sebastian pinched her ear.

Stephanie replied, โ€œNot upset, just disgusted.โ€ Though sheโ€™d experienced all sorts of scenes in Fiorenza, the character of the Hart family revealed an entirely new low to her.

โ€œDisgusted?โ€ Sebastian asked.

โ€œYeah.โ€ Stephanie thought to herself. The people of the Hart family were truly disgusting, something she had never encountered when she was with the Giovanni family. Initially, she wasnโ€™t too bothered by Olivia treating her that way. They could stay away; no need to interact.

It wasnโ€™t until they discovered Stephanieโ€™s true identity that Catlinโ€™s demeanor changed. They tried to latch onto the perks of the Giovanni family behind Stephanie. When that didnโ€™t work, they showed their true colors. People like that were truly unbelievable.

Listening to Stephanieโ€™s opinion of the Hart family, Sebastian chuckled and lifted her chin, stealing a kiss. Stephanie thought, โ€˜Seriously, is he kissing me again?โ€™ He only didnโ€™t sleep with me for one night, and that was because he was tipsy. Wait, even when heโ€™s drunk, heโ€™s no better.โ€™ After a while, Sebastian finally let her go. โ€œWhen Macro gets back, have him check on this,โ€ he said, still worried about her poor appetite.
