Chapter 394: Capture Ye Mo Translator: Tim Editor: GlobeGlotter

โ€œItโ€™s simple then; Iโ€™ll just have to beat you until you believe me,โ€ the youth said, waving his hand.

The four men immediately charged. Killing intent emanated from them; Ye Mo knew they werenโ€™t simple. He sensed the same chi as on Guo Qi, which made him think of Chi Wanqing and wonder how she was.

The four men attacked ferociously, giving it their all. Perhaps due to their habitual life, Ye Mo felt no mercy. He wouldnโ€™t be merciful to anyone who wanted to kill him, regardless of their origin.

They charged Ye Mo, but before they saw his shadow, he kicked them. The sickening sound of shattering bones echoed as he broke all four menโ€™s kneecaps in a single clash.

They endured the agony, sweating in pain, but none cried out.

Seeing them fall, the youth was shocked. Heโ€™d thought the four would easily disable Ye Mo.

He hadnโ€™t expected Ye Mo to be so strong and cruel.

At the same time, in a Beijing mansion, a man in his 30s slammed his fist on the table, his face grim.

The youngest and most prominent member of the Qiu family, the 31-year-old high-ranking official, Qiu Zhixue, had just learned his brother had been beaten and disabled in a bar, suffering permanent hearing loss in one ear. This enraged him. In Beijing, even other powerful families wouldnโ€™t dare attack his brother like that. Qiu Zhixue was a man who grew calmer the angrier he became; when he struck, he aimed to kill.

So, instead of immediately capturing Ye Mo, he sent Hu Peng to investigate Young Master Moโ€™s identity. Heโ€™d never heard of a Young Master Mo from the Li family. Even if he were from the Li family, he would pay for beating his brother.

The Qiu family hadnโ€™t become Beijingโ€™s new leading family by luck. So what if it was the Li family?

The phone rang, and Qiu Zhixue answered.

It wasnโ€™t Hu Peng, but one of Qiu Dongchenโ€™s henchmen, reporting an incident involving Qiu Dongchen.

Hearing Qiu Dongchen had been beaten and disabled at the Wu Tong Bar, Qiu Zhixue nearly smashed his phone.

Since when had the Qiu family been bullied like this? Qiu Zhizhe was merely a rich second-generation, but Qiu Dongchen was a Qiu family elite, a colonel in his 30s, in Beijing on other business.

Qiu Zhixue smashed his fist on the table, shattering it.

He couldnโ€™t wait. He called, โ€œCaptain Zhu, bring your men to the Wu Tong Bar immediately. Yes, Iโ€™ll be there soon, and Iโ€™ll contact the Beijing Special Police.โ€

After hanging up, he called again, โ€œSecond Uncle, Zhizhe and Dongchen were injured at the Wu Tong Bar. Iโ€™ve mobilized Flying Leopard and the Special Police Force. Yes, Iโ€™m going there now. I donโ€™t know his background yet, but he seems connected to the Li family.โ€

Outside the Wu Tong Bar room, the young manโ€™s legs were broken, and his face was bruised.

โ€œYouโ€™ve got guts! If I, Qiu Dongchen, donโ€™t annihilate your family, Iโ€™ve been raised by a dog!โ€ he cursed.

Ye Moโ€™s eyes turned cold. He hated threats. Ning Qingxue had been hurt repeatedly because he hadnโ€™t annihilated the Song family. He stepped forward and kicked Qiu Dongchen into the stairs.

To others, it looked like a normal kick, but Ye Mo knew heโ€™d shattered Qiu Dongchenโ€™s cardiac meridian. He wouldnโ€™t last more than three months.

โ€œStop!โ€ Qiu Zhixue arrived to see Ye Mo knock Qiu Dongchen unconscious. His anger was uncontrollable.

But he restrained himself; the military truck was arriving. He waited for the Special Police Force to arrest Ye Mo. No matter who Ye Mo was in the Li family, he wouldnโ€™t let him go.

Qiu Zhixue wasnโ€™t stupid. He knew Qiu Dongchenโ€™s strength; several strong men couldn't approach him, especially with four teammates. Attacking would be suicide.

The truck stopped; police squads with rifles surrounded the bar. An officer bowed before Qiu Zhixue.

Qiu Zhixue didnโ€™t order Ye Moโ€™s capture yet; he waited for Flying Leopard.

A car screeched to a halt; two men hurried out.

โ€œI wondered who dared hurt our Qiu family. Young Master Qiuyang! Your Li family is powerful, too powerful,โ€ Qiu Zhixue sneered, seeing Li Qiuyang and Li Chunsheng.

Li Qiuyang was surprised. Heโ€™d come to see Ye Mo, not a Special Forces siege. Qiu Zhixue was there, and his tone suggested someone had badly beaten their people.

โ€œI did it. This has nothing to do with Young Master Li. If you want trouble, come. Iโ€™m here,โ€ Ye Moโ€™s calm voice cut through the scene.

Qiu Zhixue was stunned. Seeing Li Qiuyang, he assumed the Li family was responsible, but why did Ye Mo deny it?

Li Qiuyang was momentarily stunned, then reacted. He looked contemptuously at Qiu Zhixue. If the Li family were responsible, his reaction might be acceptable. But acting this way before Ye Mo was a mistake. Ye Mo had killed Song Qimingโ€™s son, and the Song family hadn't retaliated. The Qiu family, far weaker than the Song family, was insignificant. He pitied Qiu Zhixue.

Qiu Zhixue wasnโ€™t simple. Heโ€™d rather slowly torture Ye Mo to death than display his power publicly.

He saw the contempt in Li Qiuyangโ€™s eyes and considered Ye Moโ€™s words. Something was amiss, and it annoyed him.

Li Qiuyang approached Ye Mo and bowed, โ€œItโ€™s my honor, Brother Ye, that you sought my help.โ€

Ye Mo smiled, โ€œLetโ€™s talk inside.โ€ Then, he kicked the four men again.

Qiu Zhixue was bewildered; Li Qiuyangโ€™s politeness toward Ye Mo was unexpected. He was certain Ye Mo wasn't from the Li family. Even if he were a core member, Li Qiuyang wouldnโ€™t be this deferential.

A Range Rover arrived; seven Flying Leopard members ran toward Qiu Zhixue.

โ€œBrother Qiu, Iโ€™ve brought my menโ€”โ€ The man stopped, surprised to see Ye Mo talking to Li Qiuyang. He recognized their instructor, Ye Mo. He bowed, โ€œFlying Leopard Commanding Officer Zhu Hongsheng is honored to see you, instructor!โ€

Ye Mo frowned, โ€œYour Special Forces are that useless, mobilized by some random call?โ€

โ€œReporting, instructor. My fault. I know Qiu Zhixue, and I acted on my own accord. I accept punishment!โ€

Zhu Hongshengโ€™s face flushed. Heโ€™d come because he knew Qiu Zhixue and because Qiu Zhixue was the next family head. He hadnโ€™t dared refuse.

Ye Mo sneered, โ€œDo I have time to punish you? Leave, or donโ€™t blame me for what happens!โ€

โ€œYes, sir.โ€ Zhu Hongsheng ignored Qiu Zhixue, bowed, and left with his squad.
