Harvey was utterly helpless in Andrew’s hands, defeated without effort. The scene left Christina stunned. Harvey had always been her idealized prince charming—a man capable of handling intellectual and physical challenges with grace. She was accustomed to the weight his name carried. Yet, she watched in disgust as Andrew swiftly subdued him.

Harvey’s messy hair and gritted teeth were nauseating. For the first time, she saw his ugliness.

“Andrew, how dare you slap me?!” Harvey clutched his cheek, his eyes bloodshot. “I’ll kill you for this! The Weller family’s elite fighters will rip you apart.”

Christina frowned. “Harvey, that’s enough. I saw everything clearly—you threw the first punch. You couldn’t win, and Andrew taught you a lesson. It’s your own fault.”

“Christina, whose side are you on—mine or Andrew’s?” Harvey roared, shocked by her alignment.

Christina let out a cold laugh. “Sorry to disappoint, but I belong to no one. I’m not taking Andrew’s side; I’m stating facts. You started the fight, and he defended himself.”

She continued, “I always thought you were self-reliant, Harvey. But at the first sign of trouble, you hid behind the Weller family’s influence. Your behavior is embarrassing.”

Harvey seethed, wanting Andrew’s destruction. But Christina’s cold demeanor alarmed him; his carefully constructed image was crumbling.

“Fine, I’ll let this slide for Christina’s sake,” Harvey said through gritted teeth. “Andrew, I may be down today, but remember: to the Weller family, you’re a loser we can crush at will.”

Harvey retreated, preserving his image in Christina’s eyes. However, the memory of Andrew’s slap fueled a silent vow to destroy him. He had always been the golden boy, able to dictate fates with a word. He’d never known such humiliation, especially not in front of Christina and Francesca.

“Andrew, I admit to impulsiveness earlier, so I’ll let this go,” Harvey said coldly. “But remember, Christina won’t always be there to protect you. If not for her, that slap would have been your death warrant.”
