Easton’s handsome face turned dark. He thought, ‘Did Jennifer really call Natalie and tell her I was going to divorce her?’

A flash of coldness passed through his eyes. Easton thought, ‘Have I really been tricked by Jennifer? Did Jennifer dare harm Natalie behind my back? And had she done that to Natalie before?’

And Natalie, after blocking Easton, found peace without disturbances, and the three of them were having a great time.

After surfing, James took them to the island for a seafood feast in the afternoon.

In the afternoon, Easton brought Xavier to the Simpson family. He went in alone, as he was determined to find out why his mom was in trouble.

Wendy was at home today, personally preparing dinner to bind Easton and Jennifer together.

Easton was tall and straight. He entered, carrying a natural intensity in his unique aura.

He has always been aloof and stubborn.

Wendy practically watched him grow up, knowing how troubled his family life was. Easton had always been distant and was not one for pleasantries.

William didn’t love Easton’s mom, Charlotte, spending his time partying and seldom coming home. Charlotte was unhappy in her marriage and didn’t treat Easton well either.

Wendy wasn’t aware of many things about their marriage; as William was a jerk, there was much that she didn’t know.

“Easton, you’re here. Go to the dining room. Jennifer cooked a big meal just for you today,” Wendy said with a smile and complimented Jennifer.

Easton nodded at Wendy and said, “Okay!”

He headed towards the kitchen.

Wendy watched his upright back and thought, ‘He could be ruthless when he is determined, and a man like that is a perfect match for someone as vicious as Jennifer. My gentle Natalie is best suited for kind, gentle men.’

She had never seen the soft side of Easton. Every meeting with him had been cold and distant.

“Easton, you’re here,” Nick greeted Easton with a warm smile, trying to earn his favor.

Easton nodded and sat down.

Jennifer was dressed up elegantly, intentionally bringing a dish just as Easton arrived to catch his eye.

“Hey, Easton,” she said with a sweet smile.

“Hmm!” Easton didn’t even glance at her.

Wesley sent another video, and it was one of Natalie dancing this time.

Natalie changed into a black dress that showcased her great figure, with her neckline slightly loosed.

She began to dance Latin beside a bonfire under the coconut trees on the beach.

Her dance was beautiful and powerful, moving with a unique grace that was captivating with every step.

He couldn’t take his eyes off Natalie’s graceful form; her captivating sway was incredibly beautiful.

Sitting across from her was the man who had dinner with her last night.

He was handsome and his eyes were gentle, reflecting the brilliance of Natalie’s dance.

He had never seen this passionate side of Natalie.

She moved her body with such mastery that it captivated everyone who watched her dancing.

Easton was mesmerized, stunned by the astonishing dance skills of the usually composed Natalie.

“Easton, Easton.” Jennifer noticed he was focused on his phone and wasn’t giving her any attention. She felt a bit annoyed, but she still called out to him gently.

Hearing her voice, Easton turned off his phone and asked directly, “Did you call Natalie today and say I want to divorce her?”

Jennifer was surprised. The dinner hadn’t even started, but things were already off to a bad start.

Jennifer thought, ‘How could he possibly know?’

She shook her head and said, “Easton, I didn’t say that. It’s Natalie who’s lying! I just invited her to dinner, saying you’d be here. She refused to come and even cursed at me. How could I possibly interfere in your marriage?”

Jennifer sat across from him, looking truly hurt.

Easton gazed into her eyes deeply, noticing her upset expression. His gaze became more intense.

Taking the opportunity, Wendy sat down. “Easton, you promised to marry Jennifer. A true man keeps his word. You and Natalie don’t love each other. The one you love is Jennifer. You should divorce Natalie and marry Jennifer. Natalie has already signed the divorce papers. No property dispute exists.”

“The divorce process will be quick too. During these two years of marriage, you never spent any money on her. You didn’t provide for her or give her any gifts. Probably you wanted to ensure that there were no ties during the divorce,” continued Wendy.

“For Jennifer, you’re willing to buy an island worth a great amount just to make her happy, but you’re too stingy to even buy Natalie a wedding ring. It’s such an obvious difference. I know you’re absolutely in love with Jennifer,” continued Wendy.

“On the contrary, it was Natalie who took care of you so thoroughly when you were at your lowest. Considering all of that, you should let her go and marry Jennifer, the one you love, so you can be truly happy,” continued Wendy.

“I’ve watched you grow up, and your goodness to Jennifer is better than anything in those prime-time shows about rich CEOs. You’re a good man, and we’re very assured to let Jennifer marry you,” continued Wendy.

Wendy was intentionally praising with false compliments. She didn’t have much right to criticize because she was part of this nasty group herself.

Easton married Natalie but never gave her anything. He didn’t deserve it.

There would be no harm without comparison.

Easton clenched his fists tightly. As Wendy slowly revealed the truth, it dawned on him that he really had wronged Natalie.

He granted everything Jennifer wanted but was so stingy that he didn’t even provide Natalie with basic living expenses.

If Wendy hadn’t brought it up, he seemed to have forgotten about it completely.

Jennifer looked at Easton with great anticipation, waiting for him to promise to marry her.

Easton didn’t say anything, and the atmosphere suddenly became tense.

Observing Easton’s cold and distant aura, Nick was too scared to speak up and thought, ‘Easton seems a little off.’

“Easton, you promised to marry me.” Jennifer handed a USB drive to Easton. “Haven’t you always wanted to know how your mom went insane? It was because of Natalie. This is what I discovered. Once you see it, you’ll know that Natalie poisoned your mom after she married you.”

Easton widened his eyes suddenly in anger as he took the USB drive. ‘Could it really be Natalie again?’

He thought back and found only Natalie had access to his mother.

Jennifer noticed his dark expression and the intense hope in his eyes. Jennifer thought, ‘Great. This time I could completely remove Natalie from Easton’s life.’

Wendy looked at Jennifer in shock. “Jennifer, what do you mean by that? How did you find out?”

Jennifer felt sad. She looked at the silent Easton, unsure if he would believe her.

“Mom, I’ve always suspected it had something to do with Natalie. Once I got back, I started secretly gathering evidence. I have just collected some evidence,” replied Jennifer.

“Easton, if you don’t believe me, I’ll grab the computer right now so you can plug in the USB and check,” said Jennifer.

Easton nodded. “Go ahead and get it.”

Jennifer lowered her eyes to conceal the excitement in them and quickly stood up to fetch the computer.

Wendy clenched her fists and thought, ‘Natalie would never do such a thing. Instead, Jennifer’s behavior is strange. If she really had evidence, she would have exposed Natalie long ago and wouldn’t have waited until now!’
