Upon hearing that, the doctor felt his professionalism was being challenged.

He said seriously, “Miss, although the patient’s thigh was pierced by a steel rod, it’s not severe enough to threaten his life, so there’s no need to worry. Our hospital’s doctors are very skilled; it’s just a stab wound.”

He was implying that Tiana didn’t respect the doctors' skills enough.

The doctor shook his head, wondering what kind of relative this was.

Tiana said, “Wait, doctor, when we found the patient, it seemed like he had lost his memory.”

The doctor explained, “After examining his head, we found he had suffered a severe blow to the back of his head, causing a blood clot. It’s a difficult area to operate on. Tiana asked, “Is there a way to make him forget permanently?”

The doctor was speechless. He seemed a bit frightened by such a troublesome family member and quickly left, breaking into a jog after a few steps.

Natalie thought about it; if Jennifer found out that Vance wasn’t dead, she would definitely make his life miserable and frame Natalie. She wouldn’t let such a perfect opportunity slip away. Jennifer’s ambitions were becoming evident; Vance couldn’t uncover the truth with her around.

She didn’t want to save Vance, but she really didn’t want any complications either. She still had a lot to do. Vance had lost his memory, and there was a good chance Jennifer would take advantage of him, then go after Natalie.
