Fred slowly looked the man in the eyes. "You seem familiar. Now that you've completed your disinfection work, why don't you remove your hazmat suit before we talk?"

"Sorry, I'm on duty and can't just take it off. However, I'll still help you with your arm." He took a step forward.

Fred stepped back, avoiding the man's grasp. "Thanks, but no thanks. While I've heard good things about herbal medicine, I trust our doctors more."

His gaze was hostile, his tone blunt.

Seeing this, the man in the hazmat suit didn't insist. "Well, it's your decision, Your Grace. We should go now."

He immediately led his team away. However, one person remained rooted to the spot, staring at Fred. His companion noticed and forcefully dragged him along.

Fred sneered as he watched the five figures in hazmat suits depart.

Back in the minivan, Mike removed his suit and sighed. "Why the hell did you drag me out? We found nothing."

He was upset, believing their trip a waste of time.

"What could we achieve by overstaying? We checked every room on every floor, didn't we?" Alexander, though equally disappointed, remained calm.

"There must be a secret chamber or something we overlooked! We can't just leave like this!" Mike protested angrily.

"Hey," Alexander asked, "What did you promise me before we came?"

Mike was taken aback. He'd promised to remain calm and follow Alexander's instructions—the condition for being allowed on the mission. Still, he couldn't contain his frustration.

They knew Lily and the twins were there, yet they'd found nothing, not even a clue. This was their second attempt, and despite assistance from X Department, they'd failed again. Reaccessing the embassy would be even harder now, and their actions might have alerted the organization. "Fuck!" Mike slammed the car seat in frustration.

Alexander said calmly, "Well, we did discover something."

Edward, beside Alexander, looked at him questioningly.
