Chapter 509:
Marlon perked up. In the exclusive club, the women were stunning, yet none seemed to catch Caden’s eye. Confidently, Marlon boasted, “What type do you want? I can get someone here immediately, guaranteed to satisfy you completely!”
Alicia, intrigued, eagerly awaited Caden’s response. Caden chuckled. “I want someone sweet, innocent, and untouched—a virgin. Got anyone like that?”
Marlon blinked in surprise. Innocent and untouched? He furrowed his brow, then a lewd grin spread across his face. “Ah, fresh meat, huh? No problem. I’ll have my guys grab a girl from the nearby high school.”
Caden poured himself a drink, the light glinting off the glass like a mask, concealing his true emotions. He took a slow sip, a teasing smile playing on his lips. “Who doesn’t appreciate something fresh?”
As he finished, a piercing gaze fell upon him. Caden discreetly scanned the room, noticing a group of waitresses as he set down his glass. Alicia, clad in a mask and the club's maid uniform, met his gaze, her eyes blazing with intensity. Caden paused, a storm brewing within him. Alicia, seething with anger, coldly turned away, following the other waitresses from the room. Caden's fingers tightened around his glass, his gaze fixed on her retreating figure. What was she doing here?
Alicia stepped out of the private room and headed for the restroom. She scrubbed her hands, trying to wash away the lingering scent of smoke and alcohol. Frustration welled up as she shook her dress, but she couldn't shake the haunting images of Caden's earlier request. The high school girl would arrive soon. Where would they... the club or the hotel? The more she considered it, the angrier she became. Curses escaped her lips in a low mutter. Catching her reflection, tears welled in her eyes, mirroring her turmoil.
“What a scumbag,” she choked out, her voice trembling with fury. “You piece of trash, you can just die!”
Just then, the restroom door opened. Relief washed over Alicia as she recognized the crew-cut bodyguard who had brought her. “Is something wrong?” she asked.
With a serious expression, the bodyguard replied, “I spoke with Mr. Caden. He asked me to bring you to him.”
Alicia's heart pounded. “Where is he taking me?”
“To his room, after Marlon leaves.”
Anxiety swirled in Alicia's mind. Had he recognized her? Or had the bodyguard told him? There was no time to ponder as she followed the bodyguard, slipping into the shadows to glimpse Caden.
The girl Marlon had requested soon arrived. Still in her school uniform, her pleated skirt barely reached her knees. Her shoulders were hunched, tears streaming down her pale cheeks. Alicia's heart ached at the sight.
