Chapter 1888: On the Right Track

After bringing the children home, Lucian and Roxanne discussed their future studies with Elias and Sonya.

โ€œSo, thereโ€™s no need for them to attend elementary school anymore. They should attend art colleges offering cultural courses and opportunities to develop their hobbies,โ€ Elias stated firmly, effectively deciding the childrenโ€™s future.

โ€œThere are plenty of art colleges, but while the children possess exceptional reasoning abilities, they lack sufficient domain knowledge. This is especially important, given our countryโ€™s five-thousand-year history. Therefore, I think we should choose a college focusing on cultural and historical teaching,โ€ Lucian added. The adults agreed.

Shortly afterward, they informed the children of their decision, to which the children enthusiastically responded.

โ€œDaddy, I always play games with Grandpa that contain historical elements. Iโ€™m very interested in learning more about our countryโ€™s history, and Iโ€™d like to focus on that!โ€ Archie declared, nodding. โ€œI found something Iโ€™m interested in!โ€

Benny also nodded eagerly. โ€œDaddy, Iโ€™m interested in archeology. So many interesting cultural relics have been unearthed, and I canโ€™t imagine how those artifacts were made thousands of years ago. I want to learn more about cultural relics!โ€

At the same time, Estella raised her hand excitedly. โ€œDaddy, our countryโ€™s traditional clothes are so beautiful! Iโ€™d like to learn more about them and the pretty accessories worn in the past. Like Archie and Benny, I want to learn about history.โ€

The adults smiled. No one knew what the children would become, but it was encouraging that they were pursuing their interests. Perhaps Archie wouldnโ€™t be a doctor, but a historian; Benny, an archeologist instead of a computer engineer; and Estella, an advocate for traditional clothing, not just a fashion designer. Jeffreyโ€™s words had inadvertently guided the children toward fulfilling futures.

That night, Flora Verba Group announced daily sales of one hundred and ten thousand unitsโ€”leaving only about twenty thousand of the three hundred thousand produced.

At that point, all franchise stores scrambled to acquire the remaining stock. Roxanne then called Elektra, instructing her to allocate products based on the storesโ€™ service ratings, ensuring standardization and brand image consistency.

Elektra, currently in the CEOโ€™s office, expressionlessly agreed and hung up. A sense of emptiness washed over her. She felt she was about to destroy a brilliant product and a rapidly growing company. Tomorrow, she mused, would be the day everything went wrong for Roxanne. Christinaโ€™s planโ€”to imprison Roxanne and her research teamโ€”was almost complete. It seemed a fitting revenge, crushing a company worth over fifty billion.
