Chapter 119
At first, no one paid much attention to Mr. Henry. Although the Red Villa was mysterious, it wasn't a wealthy family. The guests were extremely disdainful, feeling Mr. Henry was beneath them. However, his stern look projected an aura of wealth and confidence.
Everyone was surprised, not only by Mr. Henry's confidence, but also by his addressing Olive as "Young Mistress." Patrick, Monica, and Pamela's expressions changed dramatically.
Monica interjected, "Olive, what does this old man call you? We've been to the Red Villa, and we clearly saw he's your husband. Are you colluding with him to lie to us?"
Pamela frowned. "Olive, it's an established fact you're married to an old man. There's no need to lie now."
Olive pursed her lips, walked forward, and looked at the crowd with bright eyes. She looked at Pamela and smiled, "Must the man you saw at the Red Villa be my husband? Couldn't he be the butler?"
Mr. Henry stood beside Olive respectfully. "Yes, my young mistress is right. I'm the Red Villa's butler."
"Butler?" a collective gasp arose.
Pamela was shocked. The old man was Olive's housekeeper, not her husband!
"Mom, what's going on?" Pamela whispered to a shocked Monica.
Monica took two steps back in shame. Olive smiled at Monica and muttered, "I'm sorry you're disappointed. But Mr. Henry isn't my husband, and nothing can change that."
Murmurs filled the hall. "What's going on?" "Don't tell me the old man isn't Olive's husband."
Monica realized she'd been deceived. "Olive, if he's not your husband, who is? Why didn't he come to celebrate your birthday?"
Olive, in a long, nude pink tulle dress, knew the moment of truth had arrived. "You're all very interested in my husband. Don't worry, he'll be here soon."
Pamela felt an ominous feeling emanating from Olive's calm, intelligent face.
Mr. Henry retorted, "Aren't you all hilarious? My young mistress's husband is my young master. How could you ask such a foolish question!"
Monica, insulted but powerless, could only tremble.
Mr. Henry tried to cheer Olive, saying, "Young mistress, don't let them affect your mood. Today is your birthday, and young master will take you to the top floor to celebrate."
Monica, having completely despised Mr. Henry, felt dizzy. The top floor of a six-star hotel? Everyone knew it was the most prestigious and luxurious hotel in Los Angeles, and the top floor was inaccessible to the public.
Mr. Henry's words caused an uproar. "Your young master will celebrate Olive's birthday on the top floor? Who do you think your master is?" "This is the biggest joke I've heard this year!" Loud laughter erupted.
Patrick, unhappy about the scandal, wanted no more embarrassment. Monica, after her disappointment, quickly regained her composure, adopting a flirtatious demeanor. She held Pamela's hand and said, "Olive, it's impossible for you to celebrate on the top floor. But my daughter, Pamela, can, because Mr. Augustine will be here soon, and Pamela will ask him to take her there."
Pamela's heart pounded. If Elvis Augustine took her to the top floor, the news would be sensational, restoring her glory. While sensing Olive's husband might be influential, Pamela was certain it wouldn't be Elvis, which delighted her.
Pamela sneered, "Olive, when Elvis takes me to the top floor, I'll emphatically tell you about it. What are sisters for?"

Olive shrugged and smiled. The hall door burst open, a cold wind rushing in. A tall figure walked in with steady, contemptuous strides, like a hailed king.
Elvis Augustine arrived!
Pamela rushed forward. "Mr. Augustine, you're finally here. I've been waiting."
