Chapter 496

Andrew looked at Hugh with a cold smirk and said, โ€œIโ€™ll give you a choice. Slap yourself ten times, admit youโ€™re a loser, and promise never to show your face in front of me again.โ€ He added, โ€œDo that, and I might consider letting you walk out of here.โ€

Hugh froze for a moment. However, he soon burst into loud laughter. โ€œAre you out of your damn mind? Fiona, did you hear this moron?!โ€ He howled, โ€œThis idiot actually thinks he can give me a choice. What a joke! Heโ€™s just begging to die.โ€

Fiona sneered at Andrew with disdain. โ€œYouโ€™re gonna regret this. In a minute, Hughโ€™s gonna have you crying for mercy on your knees, begging him to stop!โ€ She scoffed. โ€œAnd your tramp of a girlfriend? Hughโ€™s gonna deal with her too. Next time, learn to steer clear when you meet a big shot like Hugh.โ€

Hughโ€™s face darkened as he pointed at Andrew. โ€œGet on your knees right now. Iโ€™m giving you three seconds to decide. If you donโ€™t, Iโ€™ll smash your head open!โ€

The other diners shook their heads in pity, thinking Andrew was young and too impulsive for his own good.

One whispered, โ€œThat Hugh guyโ€™s a real thug. Iโ€™ve heard rumors that heโ€™s even killed people before. That poor guy is seriously out of his league.โ€

โ€œHonestly, I feel bad for his girlfriend,โ€ another murmured. โ€œSheโ€™s gorgeous, but whatโ€™s the point when the guy sheโ€™s with canโ€™t even protect her? Heโ€™s all looks and no backbone.โ€

โ€œLetโ€™s just leaveโ€“I canโ€™t watch another second of this. When Hugh gets angry, thereโ€™ll surely be violence.โ€

The restaurant owner peeked nervously out of the kitchen before ducking back inside with a sigh. He ran a small business and could not afford to meddle, especially against someone as infamous as Hugh. Feeling helpless, he muttered to himself, โ€œSorry, kids, but I canโ€™t stick my neck out for you. Itโ€™s not like I could do anything to stop Hugh anyway.โ€

Andrew ignored Hughโ€™s threats and turned to Lauren with a calm smile. โ€œLauren, what do you think we should do with him?โ€

Lauren tapped her chin thoughtfully before her eyes lit up. โ€œWell,โ€ she said with a sly grin, โ€œsince their mouths are so filthy, maybe we should make them taste real filth.โ€

Andrew raised an eyebrow. โ€œThis is a restaurant. Thereโ€™s only food here.โ€

Lauren smirked and replied, โ€œLetโ€™s go with the grossest thing hereโ€“the kitchen slop bucket. That stuff smells so bad, I almost threw up last time I caught a whiff.โ€

Andrew chuckled. โ€œGreat Idea. Letโ€™s give these two losers a taste of the slop bucket special.โ€

Hughโ€™s face turned beet red as he fumed with rage. โ€œYou little punk! Youโ€™re dead! Iโ€™m gonna smash your face in and take your woman!โ€

With a wicked grin, Hugh swung his fist toward Andrewโ€™s head. Fiona clapped her hands excitedly and cheered, โ€œYes! Hit him, Hugh! Teach those two losers a lesson!โ€

Before Fiona could finish her sentence, Lauren stood up, stepped forward, and slapped Fiona across the face with a loud crack.

Fiona stumbled, clutching her cheek in shock. She screeched, โ€œYou hit me?! You actually hit me?! Iโ€™ll kill you!โ€

Fiona lunged at Lauren in a fit of rage, but Lauren stayed calm. With two swift, stinging slaps, she sent Fiona sprawling to the floor. The woman landed with a thud, too stunned to get back up.

Meanwhile, Hughโ€™s punch was effortlessly caught mid-swing by Andrew, who smiled coolly. With his free hand, Andrew delivered a hard slap across Hughโ€™s face, the force so strong it echoed through the room. Hugh staggered backward, dazed, and collapsed onto the ground, knocking over plates and silverware in the process.
