Chapter 298
Andrew set down the glasses and nodded. โBoth glasses contain traces of the drug. Since Finley and Yvonne used this lounge, it's safe to assume they both consumed it.โ
โSo, Finley drugged Yvonne,โ Natasha blurted. โWhich means he wanted toโฆโ
โHe wanted to sleep with her,โ Dylan interjected eagerly. โEverything before was an act. He secretly drugged Yvonne, and they might be in the middle of it right now!โ
Natasha's face lit up. โThat's it! That sly bastard really knows how to play dirty.โ
โQuick, we need to find Finley and Yvonne,โ Andrew urged. โThe drug acts fast. Based on when they left, it should be taking effect now.โ
Natasha smirked. โLeave it to my people. Weโll track them and catch them in the act.โ
She turned to Andrew with an amused smile. โImpressive. Even in this mess, you still managed to uncover a lead, darling.โ
Without Andrew's sharp observation, Natasha and Dylan would have abandoned the chase, missing a golden opportunity to enrage Atlas.
Soon, Natasha received a call.
โMadam Vostokoff, we have a location. Someone spotted Finley and Yvonne entering a Rhodes Corporation hotel.โ
Natasha hung up and grinned. โMr. Lloyd, Mr. Garner, let's move.โ
They quickly piled into the car and headed toward the hotel. However, at the villa gates, Aspen and Christina blocked their way.
โMs. Vostokoff, weโd like another word,โ Aspen said calmly, smiling confidently. โThe Stevens family of Bridgefields seeks a high-level partner in Jayrodale. I imagine that interests you.โ
Aspen carried herself with commanding poise. As the pride of the Stevens family, she considered herself destined for greatness, surpassing most men. Men like Andrew were barely worth a glance.
Natasha's patience was wearing thin. โMs. Stevens, I have urgent matters. Let's talk another time.โ
Oblivious to Natasha's annoyance, Aspen, with an air of superiority, continued to block the road.
She continued, โWhat's more important than partnering with the Stevens family? Let's handle this now. Of course, I'll need you to dismiss a certainโฆ unnecessary individual. For instance, that pretty boy beside you who seems good for nothing more than entertaining women.โ
Aspen cast a dismissive glance at Andrew, tilting her chin. Her expression clearly conveyed, "You may have your moment, but in my presence, you're still a nobody."
Natasha's expression turned icy. โAspen, canโt you see? I told you I have something to do, and you're still standing here like an idiot.โ
She mocked, โLooks like the Stevens familyโs โgolden girlโ has more than a few screws loose.โ
Aspen's smug smile froze, and even Christina looked humiliated.
Natasha's voice dropped to a cutting tone. โAnd one more thing, Aspenโlisten carefully. Andrew is my chosen man, and if you dare insult him or look down on him again, Iโll slap your smug face so hard youโll be crying all the way back to Bridgefields. Now get out of my way!โ
The car roared to life and sped off, leaving a trail of exhaust fumes that hit Aspen squarely in the face, her complexion turning shades of red and white with frustration.
For a moment, Aspen's mind went blank. Natasha, the formidable woman of West End, had publicly berated herโfor Andrew. And not just any scoldingโNatasha had chosen him over Aspen Stevens, the pride of the Bridgefields Stevens family!
