Chapter 1105

Irene sneered, โ€œIf youโ€™re jealous of Leroy and Christie, just say it. Look down on us all you want, but what has Andrew even bought you?โ€

Andrew replied calmly, โ€œNothing much. Just handed her a multi-billion-dollar company to play with.โ€

Irene froze for a second, then burst into mocking laughter. โ€œAndrew, would you cut the crap? You open a company like that in the capital? Billions? Please. Do you think youโ€™re some young heir from a legendary family or something? Even those rich boys donโ€™t talk this big!โ€

To Irene, a company worth billions was pure fantasy. That amount could buy her life a hundred times over. There was no way a backwoods punk like Andrew could ever afford something like thatโ€”not in this life or the next.

Andrew shrugged. โ€œWhether you believe or not is none of my concern.โ€

Just then, the elevator arrived. They all stepped inside and rode it up.

Leroy took out a room key card and grinned. โ€œHey Andrew, ever stayed in a presidential suite? Our roomโ€™s going for about five grand a night. Want me to give you a little tour?โ€

Andrew smiled. โ€œSure. Iโ€™ve honestly never had the honor of seeing what a presidential suite looks like.โ€

Leroy had only meant to show off like he always did. Yet, when Andrew actually agreed, the smug grin on his face grew even wider. He thought Andrew was nothing more than a country bumpkin, no matter where he went. Then again, it gave Leroy a chance to brag.

They followed Irene and Leroy to the 12th floor.

Irene turned around suspiciously and snapped, โ€œAlright, enough following us. Andrew, Aspen, I know what youโ€™re trying to do. Planning to steal something, arenโ€™t you? Let me tell you something: inside our suite, every single item is worth thousands. Youโ€™re not setting one foot inside.โ€

Andrew casually glanced at their suiteโ€”room 1288.

Aspen narrowed her eyes and said coldly, โ€œYou were the ones who leaked our location to the outside, werenโ€™t you?โ€

Irene stood planted at the doorway like a guard dog and barked, โ€œDamn right we did. What now? Are you gonna start something? But let me remind youโ€”right now, weโ€™re honored guests of Mr. Wright. If you even try anything, youโ€™ll be digging your own grave!โ€

Aspen clenched her teeth. โ€œYou rotten hagโ€ฆ just wait. Karmaโ€™s gonna chew you up.โ€

On the far side of the hallway, a man in a baseball cap appeared without a sound. From a distance, he could clearly see Andrew and Aspen standing near room 1288.

Since he did not dare get closer, he could not make out what they were saying. Then again, not that he cared. All he needed was the room number of the punk who had dared to hit Davon. Once he had it, he quickly turned around, slipped into the elevator, and left the hotel.

At the same time, he made a call and reported, โ€œMr. Parks, I got it. Iโ€™ve confirmed the hotel room where Aspen and the guy who hit you are staying.โ€

At the Haywoodsโ€˜ private club, Davon sat with his swollen, bruised face, grinning viciously as he hung up the call.

He growled, โ€œMr. Haywood, Iโ€™ve found that little bastard who started the fight at the club. Both he and Aspen are in this hotel right now. I want your men to handle it immediately. My only request is simpleโ€”kill that punk and bring Aspen to my suite, unconscious. If I donโ€™t wreck her so hard she bleeds, Iโ€™m not a man!โ€
