Chapter 359
Dane
I furrowed my brows, seeing the man I'd seen talking to Aurora in the Trigon pack standing before me. Who the heck let him in? He turned to Aurora, and they smiled. I gritted my teeth, ready to leap up and grab his collar. I'd probably break a few bones. I'd left him in Trigon, but I wouldn't tolerate this.
I jolted to my feet, turning as I saw Alina softly shift back, staring at the man in shock. "Kyle?" she muttered.
Kyle? Who the heck is he? Does she know him, too?
Aurora held my arm, pulling me back to my seat. "Sit and enjoy," she said sweetly.
I blinked. I didn't understand a thing. I huffed, trying to calm my anger.
"Alina, what are you doing here?" Kyle asked, grabbing Alina's arm. She screamed in fear, dropping the gift she held.
Joclyn picked up the gift, saying to Alina, "You don't deserve this."
The security guards were about to intervene when Joclyn stepped forward, calming them.
"Kyleโฆ how did you find me?" Alina asked.
Kyle chuckled. "How could I not? You think you could run forever while carrying my child?"
What the heck!!!
"Ahhh!!!" The audience murmured.
"Silence!!" Joclyn thundered, restoring calm.
I turned to Piper and Warrick, seeing them hugging. Piper nodded to Aurora, then thanked her with clasped hands.
I stared at Aurora in awe. She'd saved my sister's relationship, saved Warrick from paternity fraud. And here I was, thinking otherwise. I'd troubled her so much, unaware of her efforts.
Thank goodness she hadn't told me. I would have acted irrationally, confronting Alina, allowing her to maneuver cunningly as she always does.

Aurora turned, smiling broadly as she saw me staring. "Mission accomplishedโฆ" she said.
I took her hands, kissing them deeply. Before I could speak, Alina's sharp voice cut through the air.
"What were you thinking?" she yelled at Kyle, her hands stiff at her sides. "That I would stay with a man who couldn't feed himself?"
"You can leave if you wantโฆ but give me my child. You can go to the moon, but deliver my baby first," Kyle growled.
"Noโฆ this is my child, and there is nothing we want from you," she said, holding her belly. "After all, I came to you because you were the Alpha's son. You would be Alpha after your father dies, and I would be Luna, living the life I deserve."
"Oh really?" Kyle asked softly.
"Yesโฆ but you stupidly got yourself disowned and became a cleaner. How can I spend my life with a cleaner? That's why I had to find luxury, and Warrick seemed right, but you ruined everything."
Piper stormed onstage, slapping Alina across the face. Shit. I was about to stop her from beating the pregnant woman when Aurora held my hand.
"Leave her, Piper is reasonable."
Chapter 359
Piper glared at Alina, who cowered behind Kyle, clutching her cheek.
Piper shook her head, licking her lips as she pointed. "You are so bloody luckyโฆ you're lucky you're pregnantโฆ I would have finished you, right here."
I breathed a sigh of relief as Piper retreated. She only wanted a slap, and that'sโฆ manageable.
I turned to see Piper return to her seat, hugging Warrick; his shoulders shook as if he were crying. Warrick was obviously devastated. Alina had gone too far. Enough of her games.
I'll deal with her. But I need to wait for the right moment. Aurora had taught me the importance of patience โ a true virtue.
I took her hand, kissing the back of it. "Thank you so muchโฆ Thank you, Aurora."
She shook her head. "I did what I had toโฆ my duty, Dane."
I looked at her with so much love, leaning in to kiss her. "Not nowโฆ"

I smirked, nodding, and looked ahead to see Kyle turn to Alina.
"I'm sorryโฆ if I no longer meet your expectations as a cleanerโฆ but I'm here for my child, not you. Put up with this cleaner for a few months, then, when my child is born, you can leave."
"Noโฆ I won'tโฆ"
Kyle grabbed her hands, pulling her close, growling through gritted teeth, "I order you to do as I say."
Alina scoffed, trying to free herself, but Kyle pulled her closer. He seemed furious, yet held her carefully; he clearly didn't want to harm his unborn child. He is a good man. Alina should have stayed with him. She lost a good man because of her greed.
"You cannot order meโฆ you are nothing to order me," Alina shot back.
His lips curled into a slow smile.
"You think soโฆ I am Alpha Kyle of the Trigon packโฆ that child is mine, and I can have my guards take you back to my pack and keep you under house arrest until you deliver."
What!!
Chapter 359
Alina's jaw dropped, but she quickly closed it, shaking her head. "You're bluffing, you were disownedโฆ right?"
Kyle chuckled. "I am my father's sonโฆ his only son," he clicked his tongue. "So foolish of you to think I'd be disowned forever. My father forgave me and made me Alpha as he retires."
Alina's hands dropped weakly as she slumped to the ground.
