“Hehe! It’s nothing,” Madelyn laughed like a child, quickly hiding a paper behind her back.
Sebastian was puzzled. What was so mysterious?
“Let me see,” Sebastian said, reaching out.
“Don’t,” Madelyn pouted, stepping back.
Sebastian’s curiosity intensified. “What exactly is it?”
“Um… It’s nothing,” Madelyn chuckled, taking another step back.
“Is it really nothing?”
“It’s really nothing.”
One was curiously inquiring; the other retreated evasively, like a tug-of-war had begun. Sebastian gazed intently at Madelyn, who responded with a playful smirk and silly chuckle, stubbornly refusing to reveal her secret.
Finally, Sebastian lost interest and scoffed coldly. “Fine. I don’t want to know anymore.” He turned and left.
“Hey! Hey!” Madelyn called out. Why had he given up so quickly?
Madelyn rushed over. “I’ll show you, okay?”
Sebastian stopped.
Madelyn obediently showed him what she’d been hiding. A hint of grievance tinged her voice as she said, “This is it.”
Sebastian took the item and glanced at it. With a grin, he raised an eyebrow. “Do you want to go on a trip?”
It was a travel magazine. She had been studying travel routes.
“Hehe!” Madelyn chuckled mischievously. “Well… That’s something I have in mind. I finally have winter break, so I want to go out and have fun with you. Sebastian, I’ve been so overwhelmed lately. Between exams and helping manage the company, I’m practically exhausted. How about you take a few days off to spend time with me? Wouldn’t that be nice?”
She acted coyly. Seeing her soft and tender, Sebastian found it impossible to refuse.

Madelyn admitted she felt a twinge of envy. “Well, let’s go to Blallas Island!”
With that in mind, Madelyn smiled. She began perusing travel guides, preparing for their journey.
Blallas Island, in Intundeos, near the east of the Juset Islands, spanned 5,620 square kilometers. Lush with tropical vegetation, it was a world-renowned tourist destination. Everything—the seawater, beaches, sunrises and sunsets, the natural environment—left an indelible impression. It was cherished in the hearts of all visitors.
When Sebastian returned, he found Madelyn engrossed in planning their itinerary. A faint smile crept onto his lips.
A few days later, their journey began. The day was perfect; the sun shone brightly, making winter’s bite unfelt. Madelyn, suitcase in tow, waited with Sebastian at the airport before embarking on their flight to Blallas Island.
Several hours later, the plane landed. They went to their hotel, stored their luggage, and Madelyn brought out her travel guide. She’d meticulously listed every activity for their trip.

Sebastian, having seen much of the world, wasn’t as visually impacted by the ocean. What captivated him was Madelyn’s smile—pure and radiant, like a sunflower basking in a gentle breeze. It was charming and delightful in its simplicity.
“Actually, does it matter if we travel?” Sebastian’s heart was filled with contentment at her happiness.
Suddenly, Madelyn called, “Sebastian! Can we take a picture together?”
He found her standing on the vast coastline, seemingly merging with the scenery. He walked over.
A radiant smile lit up Madelyn’s face. “Sebastian, do you know why I chose to travel here?”
“Why?” Sebastian asked nonchalantly.
“Actually, before coming here, I saw a picture of a couple deeply in love. They took their picture right here. I was so envious, and that’s why I wanted a photo, too.”
After expressing her joy, Madelyn approached a passerby. With a polite smile, she asked, “Hello, we would like to take a picture together here. Would you mind helping us?”
The passerby, initially surprised, graciously agreed.
“Here you go. Thank you,” Madelyn smiled, handing her DSLR to the passerby. She quickly grabbed Sebastian, and they found a spot with their backs to the sea. Without a word, they posed.
