Nick didn’t understand what Natalie meant. All he knew was that this time, he wanted Natalie to pay a heavy price and urged Easton, his most important golden goose, to marry Jennifer. Only then could his plan go smoothly.
Nick asked, “Why not? Is it because you—”
Natalie shouted, “Bullshit! You know better than anyone, you rotting bastard! You can ask Jennifer if she dares to take my blood. If she does, I’ll release the video of Zach fucking her. She undermined my relationship with Easton. Don’t you care most about fame? If your precious Jennifer falls into disrepute, I’m afraid you’ll be pissed.”
“Natalie Shawn, are you crazy? How dare you call me that? I’m your father!”
“My father? You know how I got lost, don’t you?”
Nick was too furious to speak, wondering why Natalie said that and what she knew.
“Fuck off. You can’t even speak clearly. How dare you want my blood? Aren’t you afraid I’ll kill you? Gross.” Natalie angrily hung up the phone.
Natalie stood in front of the large window, gazing at the scenery outside. She thought, "It seems that Wendy believed me and didn’t bother me anymore. She ought to know what happened to Jennifer and Nick, as well as his mistress."
Jennifer has an older brother, so Nick was a fraud in his marriage.
A lifetime ago, Jennifer attempted suicide, but Easton didn’t divorce Natalie. After her plan failed, Jennifer drugged Easton a few months later, and Natalie also became a victim of sleeping with Easton, which resulted in Natalie’s pregnancy.

Nick walked in angrily, heartbroken seeing Jennifer so weak. He said, “Jennifer, Natalie is crazy. She won’t come to the hospital to give you her blood. She even threatened to release videos of you with Zach and reveal your relationship with Easton. That’s bullshit!”
“I’ve already called Jason to bring Natalie over to apologize to you.” Jennifer’s face went pale. She didn’t expect that what she had told Natalie would hurt her.
Jennifer thought, "To irritate Natalie into leaving Easton, I said those words. But when Natalie really left, Easton wasn’t ready to let her go. I just had a one-night stand with Zach. How could Natalie get the video?"
Jennifer suddenly froze, her face white with anger. She thought, "Fuck, Zach likes to record. That day, he drugged me, but I didn’t resist him. Fine, I’ll make you rot in prison!"
Jennifer asked, “Dad, how many shares do you have now?”
Nick was angry at first, but when he heard his daughter’s question, he replied, “Twenty percent. Your mom gave them to me.”
Jennifer sneered, “Once something happens to Jason, get his 5% shares. With my 5%, we have a total of 30% of the shares, more than Wendy’s.”
Jennifer added, “Then we snatch the shares from those three fools, and the company will be ours. Luckily, when Natalie came back, we stirred things up so that Wendy wouldn’t feel guilty to give her the shares, or we’d be in trouble now.”
Jennifer knew her father valued money more than his family and life. Since he could abandon the newborn Natalie, he could easily discard her again. Only by keeping all the power in her hands would he not dare to say anything.

Sure enough, a flicker of excitement passed through Nick’s eyes. “Jennifer, you’re amazing! Once Jason gets into trouble, I’ll take his shares.”
Outside the door, Wendy heard their conversation and walked away in anger.
Once downstairs at the hospital, she watched people going by.
She felt a chill in her heart, realizing that the husband she trusted the most and the daughter she’d loved planned to destroy her whole family.
She sneered, feeling her eyes ache as the autumn breeze blew by. She quietly shed a few tears before calling Jason.
“Mom, does Jennifer feel better?” Jason asked with concern.
Wendy snapped, “She’s not dead.”
“Mom, I know you’re mad. I’ll bring Natalie to apologize to Jennifer right now.” Jason’s voice was full of anger.
Wendy was taken aback. “Jason, have you lost your mind? Why are you blaming Natalie for your mistakes? If you hadn’t gotten Natalie into trouble, none of this would have happened!"
She added, “What did I tell you? What does your fault have to do with Natalie? Jason, both you and Jennifer are the ones responsible. If you dare to go after Natalie, then get out of the Simpson family, and I won’t care about you anymore.”
Wendy felt helpless and didn’t know why her son became like this.
“Mom, what do you mean? I’m your son. I just wanted to teach Natalie a lesson.”
"Jason, Natalie is your sister. What kind of grudge makes you do something so terrible to your sister? She will hate you forever for this.”
Jason grunted, “She set me up six months ago.”
“The incident six months ago wasn’t her or Zoe’s fault. Zoe had explained everything before she left. She was the victim. You should be grateful. For the long friendship, she didn’t sue you. You believed everything Jennifer told you and did whatever she asked you to do. Come on, Jason, how can you be so foolish?" said Wendy.
Jason was shocked. “Mom, how could you believe Natalie’s words? I’m already at her office. I’ll hang up now.”
Wendy covered her face and cried after the call ended.
She thought, "My fault. It’s all my fault."
When the door to Natalie’s office was kicked open with a loud bang, Luna and Natalie were discussing work.
Jason stared at the luxurious office for a moment, then remembered why he was there. He shouted angrily, “Natalie, come with me to the hospital for a blood transfusion!”
Natalie spoke in a cold tone, “Luna.”
Luna quickly walked over, jumped up, and kicked Jason in the stomach.
Jason fell to the ground, staring in fear at Luna.
