Chapter 116 A Sorry, I Like Men

If not, sheโ€™d end up being filmed kneeling and barking like a dog, too. How humiliating!

โ€œTilda, how could you possibly beat me? Iโ€™ve trained in archery since I was a kid, and Iโ€™ve never stoppedโ€ฆโ€ Rebecca felt like this had to be a nightmare. She tried so hard to convince herself not to believe what was happening.

But then, Tilda picked up the bow and arrows again. She loosed three arrows without even glancing at the target. Every arrow hit dead center. She was as precise as a machineโ€“it was almost scary. After seeing that, Rebecca couldnโ€™t say another word in protest. What could be harsher or more humiliating than this? Nothingโ€ฆ

โ€œSeems like youโ€™re pretty proud of your archery skills. But there are people in this world who donโ€™t even have to try that hard, and theyโ€™ll still stomp all over someone like you and come out on top. And Iโ€™m one of those people, Rebecca. Youโ€™re just another clever show-off. All your little tricks and ego just make you a stepping stone for others.โ€

As she spoke, Tilda pulled out her phone, aimed it at Rebeccaโ€™s pale face, and hit record. โ€œRebecca, letโ€™s see your performance.โ€

Now came the most anticipated and nerve-wracking moment. Rebecca lost, and now she had to kneel and bark like a dog, just like sheโ€™d promised. Rebecca started trembling all over.

โ€œNoโ€ฆ I canโ€™t do that! I just canโ€™t!โ€ If she really did it and her parents found out, theyโ€™d kill her, no matter how much they loved her. This wasnโ€™t just about herโ€“it would ruin the Bellsโ€˜ reputation, too!

Rebecca spun around, ready to run. But Tilda was faster and caught her. She pressed her foot on Rebeccaโ€™s knee, forcing Rebecca to cry out and drop to her knees.

โ€œI knew youโ€™d do this, Rebecca. I donโ€™t want to waste my time with you. What you owe me, Iโ€™ll get back, even if it means paying with your life.โ€

With one hand, Tilda easily pinned Rebecca down and kept recording as Rebecca knelt. Then, she tapped a pressure point on Rebeccaโ€™s body. Rebecca lost control and actually barked out loud.

When she finished the recording, Tilda finally let Rebecca go. It had all happened so fast that nobody could react. Just then, Andy finally found the archery range and walked in. He took in the chaotic scene.

โ€œHmm? Did I just miss all the excitement?โ€ Andy felt a bit disappointedโ€“there was no drama left to watch.

โ€œPerfect timing. Letโ€™s go, Andy, Una.โ€ Tilda waved her phone at them.

โ€œTilda, what exactly happened? Youโ€™d better tell me everything later, I donโ€™t want to miss the fun.โ€

โ€œDonโ€™t worry, you want the drama, youโ€™ll get as much as you want.โ€ Tilda couldnโ€™t be bothered to argue and started to walk away, leaving Rebecca and Kyla behind.

After Tilda and the others had gone, Kyla finally worked up the nerve to help Rebecca up. โ€œRebecca, are you okay? Come on, get upโ€ฆโ€

โ€œNoโ€ฆ I canโ€™t. That video canโ€™t stay with Tilda! Kyla, please help me get it back and delete it! If this video ever gets out and my parents find out, theyโ€™ll lose itโ€“and itโ€™d be even worse if Jude saw itโ€ฆโ€ Just thinking about it made Rebeccaโ€™s teeth chatter. She was genuinely scared of Jude.

Jude may have looked like some sort of noble prince or god, but anyone whoโ€™d spent time with him knew he was a straight-up demon. Killing someone and hiding the body would be nothing to him, not to mention all the ways he could make someone suffer, wishing they were dead. Usually, Jude didnโ€™t care what Rebecca didโ€“after all, she was only his cousin. But if Jude found out Rebecca did something this humiliating for the Bells, sheโ€™d be done for.

โ€œIโ€ฆโ€ There was no way Kyla could possibly get the video back, so she said nothing about the request. Rebecca was panicking, totally losing her head.

Kyla had actually thought Rebecca could handle things. After all, she looked so confident, like she was going to ruin Tilda. In the end, sheโ€™d ruined herself. She was forced to kneel and bark like a dog. Who else could she blame? Just then, Kylaโ€™s phone rang. When she saw the caller ID, Kyla clung to it like a lifeline and hurried to answerโ€ฆ

Meanwhile, Tilda was telling Andy all about what happened at the rollercoaster earlier.

โ€œI canโ€™t believe I missed something that exciting,โ€ Andy groaned.

โ€œYeah, Andy, you didnโ€™t even get to see itโ€ฆ Tilda was so cool when she beat Rebecca at archery! I think Iโ€™m totally falling for Tilda! Seriously, I might just turn gay for her. Tilda, maybe I should just go after you. I donโ€™t think I could ever fall for anyone else after seeing your performance. We could just be a couple.โ€

Una didnโ€™t sound like she was joking at all. If Tilda said yes, Una would probably go for it right then and there.

Tilda cleared her throat. โ€œSorry, Una. I like men.โ€

โ€œAh! I got rejected! So sad!โ€
