Chapter 82
The assistant could only stay at the door with the others.
Alaricka clenched her teeth, “Kieran, were you really that blind to right and wrong?”
Calvin was anxious too, and just brought up Roschelle. Roschelle was also his big shot backer in this city; after all, who didn’t know how much Roschelle meant to Kieran.
“Mr. Argent, if Rose knew I got hit by Alaricka, she’d definitely be really worried.”
Kieran put down his wine glass, “So, Alaricka couldn’t leave.”
Alaricka hated it so much she gritted her teeth. Sure enough, with Roschelle around, Kieran really could do anything.
But what Kieran said also meant that Jaylene could leave. She shoved Jaylene aside and said in a low voice, “You go now.”
Jaylene looked at her, unsure and surprised: “What about you?”
Calvin’s face looked really gloomy. He actually hoped neither of them would leave, but that was Kieran’s idea, and he couldn’t go against it. But it didn’t matter; Alaricka was the key.

Not just the thing today where he hit him with a bottle, but also what Roschelle said about Alaricka seducing Kieran, he wanted to settle things with Alaricka one by one.
Alaricka looked at Kieran’s face and said calmly, “I’ll be fine, you go first.”
Jaylene looked at the packed roomful of people and hesitated.
Alaricka gave her shoulder a hard shove: “Hurry up and go, if you stay, it’ll be even harder for me to leave.”
Jaylene gritted her teeth, clenched her fists, and turned to run. After Jaylene left, the assistant also took people and left the private room.
Alaricka was just about to talk to Kieran when Calvin suddenly stepped up, grabbed her hair hard, and her scalp hurt. She frowned.
Calvin moved fast, and before she could fight back, Calvin threw her to the ground. Alaricka’s knee slammed hard into the ground, and in that moment, the sharp pain almost shot through her whole body. She held the ground and cried out in pain. The women around screamed and dodged, looking at these men nervously and fearfully.
Calvin’s cursing fell on her head: “I’m gonna kill you today!”
Alaricka raised her hand and gave a hard wave: “Get out!”
Calvin spat and dodged quickly.
Alanicka quickly got up from the ground, grabbed the bottle, stood in the corner, and watched Calvin’s moves closely. During this time, Kieran was always indifferent. Alaricka felt embarrassed.
She just now was actually hoping that Kieran could tell right from wrong. She was way out of line.
Calvin wiped his mouth and sneered, “Alaricka, you’re scared now? Weren’t you scared when you hit me just now?”
As he spoke, he strode forward.
Kieran said in a low voice, “That’s enough.”
Calvin lowered his voice, “Mr. Argent, she just hit me with a wine bottle!”
Kieran looked up at him, his dark eyes sharp and cold. Looking into those eyes, even if Calvin had a lot to say, he just couldn’t get the words out.
Alaricka was still unsure and kept holding the bottle, refusing to let go. Kieran raised his hand and just put the glasses one by one in front of himself, lining them up neatly. He said in a calm voice, “Come here.”
Alanicka gripped the bottle, “What are you doing??”
Kieran filled up both rows, ten glasses in total. While talking, he said, “Finish these and I’ll let you go.”
Then it dimmed again. She heard the word walk.
That was a full ten glasses of wine. If she finished them, she’d probably end up in the hospital, too. Alaricka tried hard to keep her voice from shaking, “I don’t drink.”
She didn’t use to know how, either.
Kieran’s voice was firm: “If you don’t know, just learn.”
Kieran finished pouring ten glasses of wine, casually lifted his eyelids, and put his hands together on his knees. “Alaricka, you always had to learn a lesson to remember.”
“Stay, or drink ten more cups before you leave, it’s your choice.”
Alaricka thought bitterly. Did she have any other choice? That was Kieran, the all-powerful Kieran. She didn’t have any room to fight back.
When she put down the bottle, walked up to Kieran, and picked up the first glass, Calvin said anxiously: “Mr. Argent, did you just let her leave like that?”
Kieran’s dark eyes looked at him with pressure. Calvin could only shut his mouth in frustration.
Alaricka pulled the corners of her mouth and drank all the liquor from the first glass. The wine Kieran picked was really, really strong. It was too spicy, too intense. Alaricka frowned, put her hand on her chest, and kept coughing.
Kieran’s expression didn’t change: “Second cup.”
Alaricka picked up the second cup just like he wanted. Next was the third cup…
