Chapter 737

"Oh?" Lily murmured. Before she could ask who was there, she recognized a familiar face in the reception room.

"Lisa?" she exclaimed, startled. She hadn't expected Lisa's visit. Greeting her friend excitedly, Lily asked, "Why are you here?"

"I couldn't resist your invitation!" Lisa replied, enthusiastically hugging Lily. "Long time no see! I really missed you!"

"I missed you too!" Lily replied, patting Lisa's back. "Do you have another show to attend?"

"Is that the only reason I can come?" Lisa teased, trying to maintain a bit of mystery before her cheerful personality took over. "I'm here to talk business."

"Business?" Lily glanced at her departing colleagues. Patting Lisa's hand, she said, "Give me a second. Let me grab my things and change. Then we can go out and chat. You must be hungry; I'll treat you."

Lisa nodded.

Lily quickly changed, then called Alexander to let him know a friend had arrived. The two friends then headed out for dinner.

"What would you like to eat?" Lily asked as she drove out of the parking lot.

Lisa pondered, "Hmm, I want something I haven't had in a while, since I've been away so long. How about burgers?" Her eyes lit up at the suggestion.

Lily laughed. "Okay, then, burgers!"

She found a popular burger joint and ordered their signature deluxe burger with fries and pickles. Lisa pointed to the menu and ordered a double spicy burger with fries and a Caesar salad.

After ordering, she looked up to see Lily smiling at her. Tilting her head, she asked, "Why? Don't you have enough cash? That's impossible! I thought your fiancé was loaded!" Lisa teased, referring to Lily and Alexander.

Lily smiled. "I'm not worried about paying, but I thought you were on a diet. Is this a cheat day?"

Lisa sighed, waving her hands. "Don't talk about such negative things when we're enjoying our meal!" After taking a sip of her drink, she continued, "I'll diet after this! I need to enjoy myself while I'm here!"

Lily, of course, had been joking. Their burgers arrived piping hot. Lily, intrigued by Lisa's burger, asked for a bite, and they shared their meals.

Halfway through, Lily asked, "So, what's this business about?"

Lisa nodded repeatedly. "Yes, I almost forgot! I'm here to commission a series of perfumes from you—about four."
