"He's an expert in herbal medicine, don't you know?" Anastasia said, smiling. "Really? Can you feel my wrist, too, Mr. Austin?" the nanny asked curiously.
"Of course," Austin replied, readily agreeing. "I'll wait until you finish feeding the babies."
"Thanks in advance, Mr. Austin," the nanny said happily.
Austin looked at Mike. "Would you like me to take your pulse as well?"
Mike shot him a sidelong glance. "What for? I'm not sick."
"Hey, some illnesses are latent. Perhaps you have weak kidneys or something."
Mike snorted and turned away. "My kidneys are perfectly fine!"
The two women chuckled.
"Come on, it's like a quick body checkup," Austin said, starting toward Mike, when he heard, "Austin, can I have a word with you?" Puzzled, Austin looked over his shoulder and saw Alexander standing in the doorway. "What is it?" he asked.
"It won't take long," Alexander replied, turning and leaving.
"Oh, okay," Austin shrugged, pointing his chin at Mike. "I'll be right back. Let me know if you change your mind."
Mike snorted, ignoring him.
Joining Alexander outside, Austin asked curiously, "What's up?"
"It's about Rhea," Alexander said, glancing over his shoulder. "We're alone now. Do you think it's possible to become invisible?"
Austin was baffled. "Why do you want us alone? Is there someone you don't trust?" He quickly understood.
Alexander shook his head. "I just want your honest opinion, without worrying about others. So, what do you think about the incident?"
"I feel we know too little about our world," Austin said. After a pause, he added, "However, I think it's unlikely Rhea became invisible."
"Then why did you tell us differently before?"
"We should keep an open mind, but something doesn't add up," Austin explained. He might as well tell Alexander what he was thinking. "What is it?" Alexander prompted.
"If Rhea created a drug for invisibility, how did she open the door?" Austin asked emphatically. "It's invisibility, not the ability to walk through walls. Even if she became invisible, she still had to open the door, right? So, when exactly did she disappear?"
Austin's explanation helped Alexander understand his own strange feeling about the incident. He agreed with Austin.
'So, how did Rhea open the door? Did someone do it for her?'
