Listen to this chapter:

"Why not?" Rhea replied dismissively. "Have you ever considered that we know little about the organization? We perceive it as powerful and mysterious only because we've never interacted with its leaders. We don't know the true mastermind. The organization can accomplish much we cannot and possesses substantial financial resources to fund its experiments. Still, does that automatically make it invincible?"

Her rhetorical question puzzled Mike. He blinked, asking, "What do you mean?"

"I mean, do you genuinely believe the organization is as formidable as we imagine?" Rhea smiled, leaning back. "Regardless of its capabilities, our understanding rests on conjecture and speculation. Perhaps it's less powerful than we think, and we could topple it before replacing it. People fear the unknown, things they don't understand. So, we've obediently followed the organization's ordersโ€”just like our 'boss.'" She shrugged, casually playing with her fingers.

"That insignificant puppet manipulated us for so long because we believed him powerful. We were wary, yet taking him down wasn't difficult." Rhea shook her head slightly. "Maybe they're not as strong as we think."

She turned to Mike, her eyes confident and disdainful. Mike remained silent. He'd considered challenging the organization before, even attempted it. However, after exhausting his efforts, connections, and wealthโ€”failing to locate his sonโ€”he knew he couldn't contend with it alone. Rhea's words initially sounded like sophistry, but on reflection, held some truth. No one had ever seen the organization's true leader. They'd only dealt with the "boss" and Rick, keeping them passive. Abandoned by the organization, they'd be like headless chickens.

"So, do you dare to gamble?" Rhea asked, a faint smile playing on her lips as she watched him. It was an invitation to death.

Mike fell silent, his brow furrowed in thought. After a moment, he said, "I think what you're saying has some merit."

Rhea burst into laughter. She knew he was wavering; she'd swayed him. With her resources and Mike's wealth, she believed she could create something remarkable, something earth-shattering, independent of the organization. 'R10 is nothing compared to what I'll accomplish. My creations will be ten, even a hundred times more groundbreaking.'
