"So, the Heather at Riggs Manor is the one we met at the hotel?" Alexander laughed. 'My wife is brilliant!' he thought. "It all makes sense now! No wonder her demeanor that day was so different. No matter how alike people look, differences remain. But why does Heather need a double? What's she planning?"

Lily couldn't comprehend the need for a replacement. Where was the real Heather if the woman at Riggs Manor was an imposter? "Were we mistaken? Is that the real Heather?"

Alexander frowned, pondering. He wondered if the real Heather Riggs didn't know kickboxing, prompting her to find a look-alike. Perhaps she'd even started the rumors about the Riggs family's young lady being a master.

"No way!" Alexander rejected this idea. "If the kickboxing Heather is a fraud, she wouldn't be so obsessed with those secret handbooks. The Riggs family is a family of ancient kickboxers. She was fixated on obtaining the handbook. If she were just a stand-in bodyguard, she could ignore Heather's preferences."

"That's right!" Lily agreed. Alexander's analysis was sound. This was worth considering.

"So, who's this fake Heather, and where's the real one?"

"I have no idea," he admitted, shaking his head. "But frauds always get caught. She'll slip up."

Speaking of the Riggs family, Lily remembered something. "By the way, the 'secret handbook' you prepared for Heather—won't that drive her insane?"

"It's a meditation book. How could it drive anyone insane?" Alexander chuckled, shaking his head.

"A meditation book? Didn't she see through it?" With Heather's reputation, she surely knew the difference between a meditation book and a kickboxing manual.

"I altered the content slightly, adding some kickboxing skills, but it's still a meditation book. She's too hostile; she needs to cleanse her soul. People don't learn kickboxing just to fight." If Heather didn't understand the book's content, she wouldn't know how to use it. If she did, it would strengthen her mind. And if she believed she had the real handbook, she'd stop bothering Alexander. It was a win-win.

Lily's assessment of him shifted. "I didn't expect you to put so much effort into a fake handbook."

Alexander grinned, cupping her chin. "Is that...jealousy I smell?"

"Nonsense!" She slapped his hand away. "I'm a perfumer. You only smell my perfume!"

"Yes, yes, you're right. My wife smells amazing!" He pulled her into an embrace, chuckling. The heaviness in his heart eased slightly.

Alexander had finally resolved the Russell family's affairs. Ralph's future actions were his own concern. As for Margaret, Alexander could only hope for the best and leave it to fate. Some things couldn't be forced.
