Listen to this chapter:

A fleeting look of displeasure crossed her eyes; that spot was closest to the host and to him. But it quickly disappeared. Seeing Suzanne approach, Jenson rose slightly from his seat to make room for her on the left.

However, Suzanne did not walk to Jenson's side. Instead, she approached Sabrina and gently asked, "Sabrina, may I sit with you?"

A flash of anger crossed Jenson's eyes. This damn woman!

Sabrina's eyes flickered with surprise. "Uh…" The program's production team hadn't mentioned this beforehand. Instinctively, she glanced at Jenson. Could she really cut in on him like this?

But there Suzanne stood, right in front of her, looking at her with a gentle smile. The audience was watching, so there was no time to delay. Sabrina quickly nodded and replied with a smile, "Sure."

She nudged Caleb, who then realized what was happening. He quickly got up and moved to sit next to Jenson. Everyone on stage felt uneasy. Although Diego was smiling, he was sweating profusely. They were all big shots here, and if one of them got upset, the recording for the day would be ruined. Jenson, though smiling, exerted an extremely low air pressure around him. Diego was starting to panic, inwardly praying he wouldn't storm out in a huff.

Shane, sitting off to the side, leaned casually against his chair. Unlike the other audience members, he was well aware of the situation. Although he couldn't see Jenson's facial expression at the moment, he had noticed his sudden stiffening. Shane raised an eyebrow. Jane was amazing! She was making it clear to Jenson that, even as an Oscar-winning actor, he wasn't someone everyone had to fawn over.

Diego picked up his cue cards and explained the philosophy of Wellness Pioneers to the audience before moving on to the main topic. To start, Diego would conduct a brief interview with each guest, asking them to share their views and philosophies on health management.

When it came to Caleb and Sabrina, they mentioned the usual advice about going to bed early and rising early. After a few jokes from the crowd, the microphone was passed to Jenson.

The camera focused on Jenson, who smiled slightly and said, “For me, the concept of health management hardly ever comes into play in my life.”

Diego looked at Jenson curiously and asked, “Oh? Why is that?”

With Diego's prompting, Jenson continued, “In our line of work, we’re constantly on set, pulling all-nighters for shoots. Sometimes, we have to repeat a single scene over and over, refining it to perfection. It can get to the point of forgetting to eat or sleep. So, for actors, health management always comes last.”

Jenson's words prompted his fans in the audience to shout his name loudly.

“Ah! I feel so bad for Jenson!”

“Jenson is so dedicated! I love him so much!”

Although Suzanne had experienced the enthusiasm of these fans before, her feelings were quite different now. In the past, she had felt a sense of pride and honor. But now, she felt awkward.

Jenson, as an award-winning actor, had acted in many TV shows, but he had never worked to the point of forgetting to eat or sleep. Everyone in the industry knew that Jenson would always leave by midnight.

Ninety percent of Jenson's success was due to the scripts chosen by Suzanne. Some might argue that skill also played a significant role, but that was a basic quality every actor should possess. So, when he talked about working so hard that he forgot to eat or sleep, Suzanne found it ironic.

Shane, sitting in the audience with his arms crossed, narrowed his eyes. He couldn't stand Jenson no matter how he looked at him.

Both Caleb and Sabrina were in the entertainment industry. Although they had never worked with Jenson in the same production, they had heard some stories about him. After all, the industry was small, and news spread quickly.

After listening to Jenson carefully, Diego responded with a smile full of admiration, “Mr. Lambert, you truly live up to your reputation. Reaching the peak is never an easy feat.” Then, Diego turned to Suzanne, his tone more respectful. “Dr. Smith, what’s your take on this?”
